Eighty-four ways to connect.
Nivākya is deliberately not your system of record. It reads the context it needs before the first ring, writes the outcome back the moment the call ends, and leaves your data exactly where your team already looks for it.
Grouped the way your stack actually is.
Every family below is tested against a live sandbox tenant on each release. A connector only ships when a synthetic call can read a record, act on it and write the result back without a human touching it.
CRM
Leads, contacts, deals, tickets and activity timelines — read before the call, written the instant it ends.
Telephony
Bring your own numbers, SIP trunks and routing. We terminate at the carrier edge nearest the callee.
Scheduling
Free/busy lookups, round-robin team calendars and confirmations, without sending the caller to a browser.
Helpdesk & ITSM
Create, update and resolve tickets from a conversation, with SLA clocks and priority mappings intact.
Comms
Slack, Teams, WhatsApp and email follow-ups that carry the transcript and the outcome with them.
Data & warehouse
Stream call events into Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift with a schema contract and no pipeline project.
Payments
Send a link, take a promise, reconcile the ledger — with card data kept out of the audio path entirely.
Vertical tools
EHRs, storefronts, studios, insurers and ERPs — the systems where the real action has to land.
56 connectors, each with a maintained field mapping.
If a vendor renames a field or ships a new API version, we patch the mapping centrally and your workflows keep running. You never rebuild an integration because someone else changed their schema.
CRM
Two-way, object-level mappings with idempotent upserts.
Sync leads, contacts, opportunities and call outcomes, including custom objects.
Log calls, create deals and fire workflows straight from a qualification score.
Push dispositions, tasks and notes into the right module without double entry.
Create activities and move deals between pipeline stages automatically.
Attach recordings, transcripts and lead scores to the contact record.
Update accounts, cases and activity timelines in near real time.
Route qualified leads to counsellors with the transcript attached.
Power-dial static lists and log every connected call without manual entry.
Notes, tags and reminders straight into the Google-Workspace-native CRM.
Telephony
Numbers, trunks, routing and DTMF, with per-region compliance helpers.
Bring your own numbers, SIP trunks and call routing into the same workspace.
Originate and terminate with per-region number pools and failover.
Low-cost international termination with reliable DTMF capture.
Carrier-grade SIP with programmable call control and media forking.

Bookings written to the calendar your team already lives in.
Native, self-hostable booking with round-robin team calendars.
Book into rep availability mid-call, no link and no browser required.
Read free/busy and write events with guest invites and reminders.
Book Exchange rooms and shared calendars with conflict detection.

Create, update and resolve tickets with the transcript as a comment.
Thread call notes into tickets and trigger SLA and routing rules.
Open incidents and requests with your own priority and category mapping.
Raise requests and link recordings to the underlying issue.
Follow up in-app and by email after a voice conversation ends.
Sync assets, approvals and change records for enterprise service desks.

Send confirmations, prep instructions and secure payment links.
Follow-up messages for the markets that live in Telegram.
Hand a warm call straight into a scheduled video meeting.
Drop a Meet link into the confirmation SMS or email automatically.
Data & warehouse
Every turn, timing and outcome, landed where your analysts work.
Stream call events into your warehouse under a versioned schema contract.
Land transcripts and metrics for BI without standing up a pipeline.
Incremental loads for finance and operations reporting.
Archive recordings and redacted transcripts into your own bucket.

The same order flows for WordPress stores and subscription boxes.
Catalogue lookups and delivery changes for enterprise commerce.
Class bookings, waitlists and membership renewals for studios.

Six ways a record moves. Pick by latency, not by preference.
Most stacks end up using three of these at once: a native app for the CRM, webhooks into their own services, and a nightly SFTP drop for the system nobody wants to touch.
| Connection | Direction | Typical latency | Auth | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Native OAuth app | Read & write | 280–900 ms | OAuth 2.0, per-tenant scopes | CRMs, calendars and helpdesks where the write has to land before the goodbyes finish. |
| Webhook subscription | Inbound & outbound | 120–400 ms | HMAC-signed payloads | Eventing into your own services, queues and automation buses. |
| Streaming (Kafka / Kinesis) | Outbound stream | < 80 ms | mTLS + SASL | Real-time call events into a data platform, with no batch window. |
| Reverse-ETL sync | Write-back | Hourly or nightly | OAuth 2.0 | Pushing modelled outcomes, scores and cohorts back into CRMs and ad platforms. |
| SFTP drop | Batch, bidirectional | Minutes | SSH keys, PGP | Legacy systems, internal reconciliation files and regulated batch reporting. |
| Direct database | Read & write | < 50 ms | Least-privilege SQL role | Internal tools and on-prem systems that never got an API. |
Latency figures are p50 measured at the workspace edge across production tenants in the last 30 days. p99 sits roughly 2.4× higher and is visible per connector in the console.
Anything we don't ship, you can wire in an afternoon.
The same primitives that power our native connectors are exposed as a REST API and a signed webhook bus. If your system can take an HTTP request, it can be part of the call.

Webhook topics: call.started, call.turn, call.completed, call.escalated, consent.captured, agent.published. Every delivery carries a retry id and an idempotency key, so a duplicate is never a duplicate.
A dropped write is a queue entry, not a lost deal.
Every outbound write lands in a durable queue first. If the destination is down, rate-limiting or mid-migration, the write waits — with its place in line held — and replays in order when the target recovers.
Health checks every 60 seconds
Each connector runs a read and a write probe against its sandbox. Status, error rate and p99 latency are shown per connection in the console — no waiting for a customer to complain.
Dead-letter review, in plain language
Failures arrive with the exact payload, the target's error response and a one-click fix or discard. Nothing disappears into a log file for an engineer to find at midnight.
Backfill without duplication
Replays are keyed on the destination record, so re-sending a week of calls after an outage does not create a week of duplicate leads. Ever.
If you sell the system, we'll meet you in it.
We are not trying to own your customer's stack, and we would rather a migration partner built the connector than us guessing at a niche schema. Three tracks, one codebase.
Build a certified connector
Publish into our directory with a maintained mapping, a test harness and a sandbox tenant. Certification includes a quarterly compatibility run and co-authored documentation.
Rev-share on usage attributed to your connector, plus listing placement.
Deliver on our behalf
For consultancies and BPOs running deployments: a training path, a reference architecture, sandbox workspaces and a named technical contact on our side.
Tiered margin, deal registration and joint delivery playbooks.
Resell inside your product
White-label the agent runtime, keep your own console and brand, and expose only the surfaces your customers should see. Billing flows through you, not us.
Volume pricing, private model routing and dedicated regions.
Bring your stack. We'll bring the wiring.
Tell us your CRM, your telephony provider and the calendar your team fights over. In a 30-minute demo we will connect two of them live and place a real test call.
Connectors are included on every plan, including the free Launch tier. There is no premium-integrations upsell.
