Bring three real call recordings.
Thirty minutes with the engineer who will actually build your first agent. We listen to your calls, pick the two most awkward ones, and build a working agent against them while you watch.
A solutions engineer with production deployments behind them, plus a product person if policy or compliance is on your list. If neither of us can help, we say so in the first ten minutes and save you half an hour.

Thirty minutes, four moves.
Minutes 0–5 · Your calls, not ours
We play your recordings. You tell us which outcome matters — booked visit, verified address, payment promise — and what the agent is not allowed to say under any circumstances.
Minutes 5–15 · We build it live
Agent, voice, guardrails, escalation triggers and one tool call into something real. You watch every setting go in, and you can stop us when something looks wrong.
Minutes 15–25 · We try to break it
Two hundred simulated callers run against the draft. You are invited to interrupt the agent yourself — mid-sentence, with an accent, with background noise. Most people do.
Minutes 25–30 · The honest part
The failure list, the latency figures for your region, and what it would take to get you live. If the answer is no, you get the reason in writing the next day.
- ▪ Three calls that represent your real mix — one good, one messy, one that escalated
- ▪ Your escalation rules, even if they only exist in a spreadsheet
- ▪ The name of the system that has to receive the outcome
- ▪ One person who can say yes to a pilot, if they are free
- ▪ Ask you for a credit card to "unlock" the demo
- ▪ Route you to a discovery call first
- ▪ Send a follow-up sequence about a webinar you did not ask for
Tell us enough to make the half hour useful.
Six fields are required. Everything else is genuinely optional, and none of it goes anywhere except the calendar invite and the engineer who reads it before the call.
Thank you — your slot is reserved.
A calendar invite and a short prep note go to your inbox within a few minutes. The prep note lists the three recordings we would like and the two questions we will ask first. If the time no longer works, reply to that message and we will move it rather than rebook you from scratch.

“We brought the two worst calls of the quarter. They had a working agent by minute eighteen, and the failure list at the end was more useful than the three vendor decks we had sat through that month.”
Skip this form. Support requests go through the Console and are answered inside your plan's response window. The status page is the fastest answer if something looks degraded right now.

If your question is not here, ask it in the notes field on the form — the engineer reads the form before the call, not during it.
Do I have to bring call recordings?
Is this a sales call with a demo attached?
How long until we could be live on a real number?
What happens to the recordings and transcripts I share?
Can we run this in our own cloud or on-premise?
What if it turns out you are not a fit?
One number, one week, one honest report.
If the demo goes well, the next step is putting an agent on a real number and rehearsing it against your own scenarios before it rings a customer. The rehearsal report is yours either way.
Bring three recordings, one escalation rule and a sceptical colleague.
